Shipping policy
How do you Ship?
1) We ship domestically with USPS Mail. We are able to ship to all 50 states, US Territories and Puerto Rico. We ship to any and all PO Boxes, and APO or FPO addresses. Any shipping questions please ask but most likely the answer is YES, we ship there! :)

2) We ship internationally with USPS First Class International mail. We ship worldwide to almost every country unless it has been banned from imports from the United States. We ship to International customers everyday and we enjoy doing so. If you would like to ask if we ship to your country please do so but likely the answer is yes. :)

Once You Have Shipped My Order How Long Will It Take For Me To Receive It?
1) If you are located within the US, once the order is shipped, it generally takes 2-4 business days to arrive with USPS shipping. You will receive a tracking number when the item is shipped.

If your order is taking a long time to ship please check your Email/Etsy messages as you may have a message from me asking to clarify or get an ok on a custom order request or asking for a complete shipping address if something is missing or looks incorrect. Please check your messages before contacting us.

Please contact us first if you have a tracking number and shipping is taking longer than expected. We will promptly answer your question and if needed look into any shipping delays.

2) If you are located outside the US please be aware that International orders can take 7-21 days to arrive depending on customs. Most orders are shipped with USPS First Class International mail. If you would like to upgrade to Express mail please convo us for a shipping quote. All orders shipped outside the US may have duty or tax fees that your country might charge you. These are fees that we cannot quote you for and that we will not be held responsible for. If your order is returned to us for any reason we will not be held responsible. There are several reasons a package can be returned -- please be very careful to include your proper address, a telephone number you can be reached at, and make sure to respond to any customs notices left for you. If customs tries to contact you or deliver your package and you do not respond or pick it up it will be returned to us.

I Tracked My Package & It Shows Delivered But I Never Received It, What Should I Do?
1) All of our packages are shipped with USPS and we do not automatically ship with insurance. If your package shows delivered but you did not receive it please contact the company responsible for delivery immediately to file a claim. Since we are not the ones actually delivering the order we cannot be responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. We will not reship or refund these lost, stolen, or misplaced orders unless you have purchased insurance for your package. Please order with caution -- if you wish to add insurance to your order please contact us for a quote.

I tracked my package and is shows Returned to Sender, What Should I do?
1) Please make sure your shipping address is current, up to date, and accurate. We are not responsible for the package until it is returned to us and we will not issue a refund or send a replacement in the meantime. We will only re-ship the first package if and when it has been returned to us, you have supplied us with a new or corrected address, and have paid for a new shipping label.
